Special Event Services| Wedding Sites and Accommodations

Brindley Beach Vacations & Sales offers Special Event accommodations for your perfect Outer Banks Wedding. The following vacation rental homes are available for special events allowing between 25 and 200 guests to attend your event depending on the house specifications. The home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement.

Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum.

• Security Deposit: $1500 (unless otherwise advertised), this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event.
• Event Fee: $1000 (unless otherwise advertiesed), the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
• Tents/ Canopies, tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises of any Brindley Beach Vacations properties (unless otherwise advertised).

Beach weddings are popular providing a romantic backdrop for saying your vows and the setting will stand out in your guests minds forever. The North Carolina Beaches are public, but the local towns and counties do have jurisdiction over their beaches and access areas. All local governments allow weddings and good natured gatherings on the beach and won't give you a problem as long as you follow the rules and don't disturb other beach goers. Be sure to check with the town your wedding will be held in to make sure you know what to expect!
