This home was the design center model, so the furnishings and decor are not that of a typical beach house. The art, lighting fixtures, etc. are rather elaborate and this can take a little getting used to. The layout was great for our family of six. We really liked the convenience of the location of the house withing the community. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool.
