Awesome - Great home ! Decor is beautiful, comfortable, quiet location. Has everything you would and could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Would stay here again and recommend this to everyone!!

Absolutely the best vacation home we have ever experienced. The incredible views of the ocean and the sound with just a turn of the head. Better than Jockey's Ridge. The awesome pool and tiki bar. Better than any hotel at the beach and much more private. The home theater fully reclined and cranked up makes even the cookng channels exciting. The game room, the other game room and even the garage have enough to keep us all busy, And if you want some quiet time the house is big enough to crawl away and read a good book. We especially enjoyed the daily dolphin shows at the beach and we never got on a boat. The only problem is time goes by too ouickly at the Ritz Palm. Can't wait to come back!

I stayed for one week for a wedding. It was wonderful. I didn't have to drive anywhere once I parked my car other than to go to the wedding. It was great for a group of friends and family. I never felt cramped. I loved everything about this place.
