DROVE DOWN FROM PA.HAVE STAYED IN ALOT OF DIFFERENT HOUSES AT THE OUTER BANKS BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE NICEST LAYOUT OF A HOME.PLENTY OF SPACE AND CLOSE TO THE BEACH.THE OWNER ACTUALLY CALLED ME WHILE WE WERE THERE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK AND TO ASK HOW WE LIKED THE PLACE.WE ACTUALLY RESERVED THE HOME AGAIN BEFOR WE EVEN LEFT.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH THIS IS THE PLACE.

What a Vacation!!! We enjoyed the week spent here soooo much! Our family has always wanted to vacation together and this house gave us plenty of room - we never felt that we were on top of one another. Being so close to the beach allowed the kids in the group to go back & forth to the beach easily. All of the bedrooms - especially most all having king beds was great & so confortable! I have never rented a beach house where the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked every night & everything we reached for was there. Our only disappointment was the hot tub jets not working even after calling for service 3 times. The pool was wonderful - we spent alot of time out there. Our group was from Baltimore, Pittsburgh, & Culpeper and this was our 1st time in the OBX. We will be back!!! Thanks again....your home was wonderful!

We had 13 family members staying here and most of us have been coming to the OBX since the early 80's. From my grandmother to my daughter we had a BLAST! My daughter especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi being 7 and ocean too. It was awesome to come all the way from Alaska to spend time with family especially my niece and nephew who were at the beach for the first time. The house had so much rooom and even the Grogan's called and made us feel welcomed and and were having a great experience and let us know we could call them anytime. I would definitely come back there again as it was so nice being so close to Duck. We love the OBX and of all the places we have stayed up and down the highway, we love the Duck area the most! Thanks from all the Hoff family!
