Top Level: Features the great room with HD TV/DVD, stereo and gas fireplace, dining room seating 6, kitchen with counter seating for 4, screened porch, and a King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access.

This house has the capabilitiy of meeting a wide variety of needs for famillies with infants, young children, teens or young adults. A lot of fun can be had by all. The walk to the beach is significant but not really a burden at all. This house fits the bill for a large or multi family vacation.

Stayed here with kids ranging in age 2-13. Great house, clean and we did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is kid friendly. Lots of room for everyone for socializing and privacy. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Our family had a great experience at the Black Dog. Location was perfect: close to beach, fishing, shopping and dining. The layout of the home was very comfortable; pool was perfect for grandchildren. Quiet cul-de-sac provided privacy and ambiance for relaxing and unwinding.

My children and I have come here four years in a row and love this home. We love the location, the pool, the hot tub, the porch, the decks, everything. This house is great! I have all of my four kids come and each have a bedroom they share with their own famiy and I have a room. I love my week with my kid and grandkids! This is a very special week for all of us! Renting this home you will not be let down. Tons of space in a great location to shops, the light house, the beach....this is a GREAT week!

WE have stayed here three years in a row with our "family" and we love this home. This house is fully furnished with everything you would need. The home is in a great spot and we love the private pool. We love this home just wish it had a bathroom on the ground level. We will be coming back for years!

This is a wonderful house! I have stayed 4 years in a row with friends and with a recently added pool table and additional bunk beds, you can't ask for anything more! The private pool and hot tub make for a nice week of relaxation without leaving the house! You will not be disapointed with this one...

We have stayed with friends at this house 4xs and we LOVE IT. This house is in a Great Spot, with a wonderful pool, cul de sac and very short walk to beach. This is great for familes or couples. We are out growing the house with all the kids but we still love it. Just wish the house had a pool table and 3 queens with a double bunked room v/s 2 queens and 2 rooms of bunks but other than that this house is very comfortbale and fully loaded!!!
