Eagles Nest (OS23H) provided great access to the beach. The home was nicely cleaned and everything needed to spend the week was provided (Dishes, pots, pans, appliances, silverware, washer & dryer). Some items are outdated like VHS, but overall it is up to date including WiFi. Only cons I would say are the comfort of the beds as they are super super firm on the verge of being hard. Also it would be nice to also have a TV in both rooms with Queen beds. Lastly it would be great to have window shades on the base floor where one of the tv sits since the home sits next to a trail used by many people to walk to the beach. Great value for the money, and very happy with BB.

The location of the house was great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and it was a short walk to the beach. Also the beach was not crowded since the house was located in a private neighborhood with no public access. The house is within a mile to 2 grocery stores which was very convenient. The house was not as clean as it could have been but Brindley were very helpful in resolving these issues. The Brindley staff were very courteous and their customer service was excellent.
