Fabulous home. We had such a great time at Dolphin View, so very relaxing. The tides changed one afternoon after a brief rain and it brought hundreds of little minnows to the beach. The neat thing was that the big fish came to feast on the minnows, and they were just off the shoreline. The kids were thrilled to see tons of the big fish leaping out of the water right at the shore line chasing the minnows. It was really neat to see! The layout of the home provided a nice structure for privacy so that our kids, their grandparents and we all had some personal space to enjoy our time - as well as plenty of opportunity to hang out together!

Home is very comfortable with lovely views from patios, including dolphin sightings and sunset views. Enjoyed eating dinner from upper deck and walking to the beach directly from the house. Enjoyed the swings on property, the outside hose to wash sand off feet, and the umbrellas and beach toys to use as well. The upstairs sofa is very comfortable and easy to lounge around upper floor with den/kitchen/dining room areas combined. House in close proximity to pool and Duck proper. Son loved the trip too with easy crabbing on beach and fun bunk beds with stars on ceiling! Excellent property and visit - thanks!

This unit has great decks with fantastic ocean views from both decks, easy access to beach with wide sandy beaches, can see sun rise from ocean decks and set from side deck. On top deck you the side is covered to cool you off in the hot sun and a niec 4 person hot tub where you can enjoy nice ocean views....
