  • Oceanfront Pool (open late-May thru late September, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
  • Snarky’s Snack Bar (Summer hours 10:00 am – 6:00 pm)

 Soundside Community Amenities

Located at Lakeside Drive – Near Fitness Center

  • Soundside Pool (open late-May thru late September, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
  • 2 Tennis Courts (During In-season, $15 per hr fee with a refundable $10 cash deposit for key - reservations recommended – Call Fitness Center at 252-453-9604)
  • Pickleball court  (During In-season, $15 per hr fee with a refundable $10 cash deposit for key - reservations recommended – Call Fitness Center at 252-453-9604)
  • Volleyball/ Badminton Court
  • Shuffle Board and Cornhole
  • Four Square Court
  • Basketball Courts
  • Playground

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on roads, streets or shoulders.
  • All vehicles must fit in driveway of the property.
  • Guests are not permitted to use the parking lots, beach accesses or community amenities until 4PM on the day of arrival.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

Additional Amenities

Villages at Ocean Hill Fitness Center  – Usage FEE for Individual: *$15/day or $50/week (per house rates also available -up to 4 users- *price subject to change), call 252-453-9604 for more information.

In-Season (the third Saturday in May through the last Friday in September): 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Daily
Off-Season: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Daily
