Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with smart TV, deck access and a full private bathroom with whirlpool bath tub, Queen Bedroom with a smart TV and deck access with porch swing, Queen Bedroom with smart TV and deck access with hammock  and 2 Bedrooms each with a DuoBunk, Single and smart TV and deck access (one DuoBunk offers a Trundle). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has a ring doorbell on the GL entry door facing away from the property. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great location to the shops, ocean, sound and lighthouse. Everything you needed in the kitchen for at home meals. Lots of outdoor space and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The location is a plus, we were centrally located to all activities. The pool was amazing!! It was large, easy to get in and out of for all the family. The hot tub on the upper deck was also a fam favorite. The house provided a comfortable environment for our large family group ranging in ages 2 - 78. The living room/ dining area was comfortable for all the family to gather for family time. However, the home provides lots of -quite areas- (the hammock & side porches), so we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with large pots, utensils, and a crock pot which made it easy to cook for a large group. The stand alone ice maker was a super nice surprise. The steps were a little challenging for the toddler and 78 year old, however, we knew it would be when we rented the home.

Nice clean home. We had a group of 16, mixed ages ,worked out well for everyone. We liked that there was a private pool and hot tub, plus the community amenities it mixed things up a bit. Great vacation!

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

*10/6/23 - Other indoor amenities (saunas, racquetball, ping pong and fitness/weight rooms) will remain available until January of 2024 at which time they will be closed for extensive renovations (indoor tennis courts will remain open). They are working to have all indoor sports center amenities available by March 2024.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
