If you're looking for a relaxing Outer Banks vacation, then Vitamin Sea is just what the doctor ordered!  Located on the Oceanside of NC 12, this upscale duplex home is sure to be a hit with the entire family, offering 3 beautiful levels, a screened porch with hot tub and access to all the amenities of Corolla Light.

Ground Level: Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom, single on top), flat-screen TV, foosball coffee table and semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to game room). Lounge and game room with pool table, flat-screen TV, wet bar with full-size refrigerator and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Outside you'll find the screened porch with hot tub and patio with seating, gas grill and outside shower.  

Mid Level: Great room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and deck access, kitchen with granite counter tops and bar seating for 4, dining area seating 7 and a half bathroom. 2 King Master Bedroom Suites both with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. 

Top Level: Stairs lead up to the Queen Master Bedroom Suite with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. 

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs, screened porch, pool table, gas grill, 2 full-size refrigerators, high speed internet. outside shower, board games, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community amenities for 9 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking or vaping. No Pets. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

FREE BEACH GEAR!: A $250 CREDIT toward the best vacation rental equipment available is included when you rent this property. After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing FREE beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bikes, umbrellas, gas grill, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply! *This service will not be available for this home after the 2023 rental season.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beautiful home that was an easy stroll to the beach or sound to watch the sunset. New tempurpedic mattresses were amazing. Kitchen is modern and well stocked and the home was spotless. Would definitely return.

Corolla Light is a beautiful resort community made up of Oceanside and Soundside vacation homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The resort also features Oceanside townhouse style Villas, Mirage town homes and condos and Beacon Villas town homes.

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
