Four Winds is a gorgeous semi oceanfront home located in the exclusive Ocean Isle subdivision. Only one lot from the ocean, you have beach access, directly across from the home, with a well-maintained walkway.  The fun does not stop after a day at the beach! Enjoy your own large private pool area, 10-person hot tub, and game room with a home theatre, or unwind on the spacious decks to watch the ocean waves or a sound side sunset. Don’t forget your 4-legged friend… Four Winds is dog friendly!

Private Pools are open from April 1- October 31. 
Pool Heat can be added for an additional $500. 

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private pool area, hot tub, outdoor showers, gas and charcoal grills, covered decks, deck furniture, and a carport and driveway that accommodate up to 5 vehicles.  Entering on the first level, you will find a retro baseball themed Game Room with an 8-foot pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, and a home theater with an 80" 4K HD TV with Cinema surround sound and a Blu-Ray player. This level also supplies a convenient laundry room, elevator, and a half bath. 

Mid Level: Take the elevator or staircase up to the mid level which offers extensive covered decks and 5 spacious bedrooms all equipped with full bathrooms and 4K flatscreen TVs.  Bedrooms #1, #2, and #3 are each furnished with a King bed. Bedroom #4 is furnished with 2 Twin Trundle beds.  Bedroom #5 offers 2 built-in/3-tier Bunk Beds (6 Twins).  Bedrooms #4 and #5 share access to a conjoining full bathroom. There is a pack-n-play and high chair provided for your use.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable Great Room with large windows, cathedral ceilings, and ample seating for everyone. The Great Room includes a flat screen TV,  a half bathroom, and a large dining area that seats up to 14. There is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the Great Room. The dreamy kitchen is equipped with all you will need, gourmet appliances, spacious countertops, vast cookware, and a breakfast bar that seats 4.  Directly off the living area, you will find spacious bedroom # 6, a King bedroom with an attached spacious full bathroom boasting a whirlpool tub and large shower. From the Great Room, you will have access to the Captain's Lookout to take in the beautiful views of Avon Village or enjoy a game night at the large game table.  There is also a Trundle bed with 2 Twin beds.

Extras: Private pool (16 X 30), XL hot tub, home theatre, game room, pool table, elevator, WiFi, pack-n-play, high chair, 8 flat screen TVs, DVD Player, DVDs, gas and charcoal grills, kitchenette, Keurig, shared beach walkway, outside showers, covered decks, sun decks, deck furniture, and parking for 5 vehicles. No Smoking. Dog friendly. Distance to beach access: Less than 500 feet. Beds: 4 Kings, 2 Twin Bunk Beds (3-tiered), 3 Twins with Trundles, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Key Type: Keyless entry. Check In Location: Check in at property.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

'Four Winds' is a beautiful home, perfectly located right across the beach access walkway. The home seems to have been newly stocked with kitchenware and appliances, which we really appreciated as we enjoy cooking and only ate out once. We enjoyed the heated pool and huge hot tub daily, there was plenty of outdoor seating on every porch, and all furniture was in good to new/excellent condition. We hope to rent this home again next year and hope it's in as good of shape as it was this last week!

Shop at one of the many gift shops, take a walk on the famous Avon Fishing Pier, rent bicycles and explore the village, or rent a Jeep and ride out on the beach and hunt for seashells. With lots of popular attractions, you're sure to remain entertained throughout your stay.
