Just Add Sun is a semi oceanfront, family favorite, located in Avon Village, and is sure to meet all of your vacation needs! Only one lot from the ocean, you have beach access directly across from the home. The fun does not stop after a day at the beach... enjoy the private pool area, 8-person hot tub, and game room, or unwind on the sundecks to watch the ocean waves.

Private Pools are open from April 1- October 31.
Pool Heat can be added for an additional $500.
Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private pool with lounge furniture and a picnic table, outdoor showers, a "cabana bath" for convenient bathroom use from the pool deck, a charcoal grill, a basketball hoop, and a carport andd driveway that accommodates up to 5 vehicles. As you enter the home from the carport, you will find the game room with a 7-foot pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, a bar top table that seats 4, a flat screen Roku TV, and a stereo system. Directly off the game room, you will find bedroom #1, a spacious King bedroom with direct access to the shared full bathroom. Lastly, this level provides a laundry closet and access to the pool area, outside showers, and cabana bathrooms.

Mid Level: The mid level provides 4 spacious bedrooms all equipped with flat screen Roku TVs, a half bathroom, 3 full bathrooms, a sitting area, and a large covered deck with a hot tub. Bedroom #2 is furnished with two Twin beds and has direct access to the ocean facing covered deck. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin/Full) and has access to the covered deck with plenty of seating. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a large full bathroom located off the hallway. Bedrooms #4 & #5 are both furnished with a King bed and each has an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has direct access to the covered deck.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, there is a half bathroom conveniently located on the staircase landing, then you will enter the remarkable living area with ample seating for everyone. The stunning chef’s kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today’s catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining area that seats 10. From the dining area, you will have access to the screened porch with a picnic table and expansive sun decks. The last bedroom is available on this level, bedroom #6, is a spacious King suite with an attached expansive full bath with a whirlpool tub and large shower.

Extras: Private pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, pool table, kitchenette, stereo system, cabana bathroom, outside shower, 5 TVs, WiFi, charcoal, grill, covered deck, sun deck, deck furniture, and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Distance to beach access: 500 feet. Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full), 2 Twins. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-in Location: At the property.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

'Just Add Sun' was a great house for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It was clean and the extra bathroom for the pool was very appreciated. The walk from the house to the beach access was not bad.

We had a group of 13 ranging from 8-68, and it was a great fit for everyone. Access to the beach is right across the street. Pool was big and well kept. Felt like home away from home. Had all the kitchen amenities needed!
