If you are looking for your favorite Hatteras Island getaway, look no further than Longboard Beach House. This Hatteras Village vacation home has panoramic village views with the ocean in sight! Located only three lots from the beach, you'll have easy access for surfing, swimming, and shell-seeking fun. Located in the heart of Hatteras Village, you're also conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, art galleries, museums, charter boats, marinas, and the Hatteras - Ocracoke Ferry! The fun does not stop after a day at the beach… relax in the hot tub, ocean facing loft, or unwind on the expansive decks.

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a hot tub, outdoor shower, carport and driveway that accommodate up to 6 vehicles, charcoal grill, and 595 feet to public beach access.

Mid Level: All three bedrooms are located on this entry level, each furnished with cable TV and direct access to the covered deck. Bedroom #1 is an ocean facing King bedroom with an attached private full bath. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a Queen bed, and Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 Twin Bunk beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a spacious full bath located off the hallway. The laundry area is also located on this level for your convenience.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will find the open living, dining, and kitchen area with ocean views from the living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cookware you might need to prepare your favorite meal, expansive counters with a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining area that seats 8. Access the ocean facing sun decks directly off the living area. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings throughout the living and dining area, along with a half bath just off the living room. Take the staircase up to the loft to play a game on the Atari gaming system, watch a movie from the vast DVD collection. The loft's sun deck will provide you with panoramic village and ocean views and brings star gazers closer to the dark Hatteras Island sky.

Longboard Beach House is strictly a no-pet home.

Extras: Hot tub, Keurig, 5 flat screen cable TVs, DVD player, WiFi, grill, outdoor shower, sun decks, covered decks, deck furniture, games, linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Distance to beach access: 595 feet. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Set of Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-in Location: At the property.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great house with open floor plan on the main level. Loft space is great and can act as a 4th bedroom. Very short walk to the beach even though it is 5 houses in from the beach!

We loved staying at the 'Longboard Beach House'. It was beautifully appointed and with everything anyone could want for a perfect week at the ocean. The short walk to the beach with beach access right at the end of the street made it a no-hassle trip. It was close enough for people to dash back to the house for forgotten items or a little break. The extra boogie boards and kayak were very much appreciated. The outdoor shower always had plenty of warm water. The interior of the house was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The game room on the top floor was a huge hit with the children. The kitchen had everything a person could want to cook the simplest or most gourmet meal. It was a pleasure to work in. I would recommend this house to any family looking for a great place to stay on the cape.

We had a great stay at 'Longboard Beach House'!!! The place was spotless when we arrived, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the view from the loft and relaxing on the covered deck, and in the main TV room. The room with the bunk beds was adorable and our kids had a blast! Everything was comfortable and relaxing. We appreciated the easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower. Thank you!

This house was great. Decorated nicely. It had DVD's, puzzles, and games. Nice outdoor furniture. A well equipped kitchen. Included towels! You could see and hear the ocean. We had a wonderful time and would go back to this house!
