Relax and unwind at Ozzie’s Island Hideaway! This 2-bedroom vacation home is full of charm and located on an island surrounded by a canal within Hatteras Village. Ozzie’s Island Hideaway is a water lovers delight—explore the waters on your SUP board or kayak, or cast your fishing pole off the private dock. Ozzie’s Island Hideaway is only a 5-minute drive to pristine beaches with world class surfing, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, museums, charter boats, marinas, the Ocracoke passenger ferry, and the free Ocracoke ferry. Rent a golf cart for the week and explore Hatteras Village in a fun way!

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private soundfront dock, parking for 2 vehicles, a laundry room, charcoal grill, storage for your beach gear, an outdoor shower, a hammock, and a spacious yard.

Single Level: As you enter Ozzie’s Island Hideaway, you are greeted with an open airy living room with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views of the water. Enjoy the stylish living room furniture with a cable TV, a dining table that seats 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is loaded with all of the cookware that you might need for your favorite meal. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is furnished with two Twin beds and a TV with cable--- perfect for the kids. A second bathroom is situated directly off the living area.

Extras: Private sound front dock, 2 flat screen cable TVs, WiFi, drip coffee maker, grill, outdoor shower, hammock, deck furniture, sun deck, linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Distance to beach access: Over 1,000 feet. Beds: 1 Queen, 2 Twins. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-in Location: At the property.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great little house! We loved it. Great location, close to Red and White. Cute little kitchen. Would recommend shades or blinds on the skinny windows because it made it difficult to sleep with the light coming into the room from the neighbor's house/moon (Lol). Loved having quick water access by way of the dock; we spent a lot of time out there. We would absolutely come back and stay again. Great house. Very clean on arrival!

We loved this place, and the location. It was convenient to points of interest, as well as an excellent place for fishing and kayaks. The couch could use some update due to comfort, not cosmetics. Overall it was perfect for the two of us!

Nice location on the canal, beautiful view in the evening and in the morning. The house is a bit older, nicely furnished, we had enough space for four of us. The house was well stocked up and we had everything we needed. The staff of the rental agency was fast to respond and easy to reach. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Perfect spot next to the marinas and plenty of choices for food and grocery. The dock to watch birds and fish from was awesome, we would definitely stay again.
