Located in this award winning resort neighborhood, this home offers 2 King Suites, multiple TVs, a screened porch and all the amenities of Corolla Light including an indoor pool, oceanfront pool, oceanfront dining, community tennis courts, racket ball, fitness center, activities for everyone (seasonal) and a community trolley just steps away from your driveway (seasonal). Take a two-minute walk to the Soundside pool (best kept secret in Corolla Light) and enjoy beautiful sunsets and crabbing right off the dock and gazebo nearby. Only a four-minute walk to the ocean or drive to the Sturgeon Beach Access parking lot right around the block for a 60 second walk to the beach. Enjoy a ten-minute bike ride to the Corolla Lighthouse, village and local shops and restaurants.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower and a park-style charcoal grill. Inside you’ll find a King Master Suite with private bathroom and the laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Mid Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku, deck access to the screened porch with Hot Tub and a table seating 4, half bath, dining room seating 8, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig Coffee maker and counter seating for 5 and a den with TV.

Top Level: King Master Suite with flat-screen TV/Roku and full private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and deck access. 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles (1 with deck access) and a full hallway bath.

Extras: Hot Tub, 3 TVs, DVD player, 2 ROKU, screened porch, wireless high-speed internet access, 4 beach chairs, charcoal grill, wide variety of books and games, parking for 2 vehicles and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. House Address: 1032 Mirage Street. Beds: 2 Kings, 4 Singles. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer a land line telephone or beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beautiful! Perfect for 8 people and the hot tub was the best we have had and in a great location on a screened in porch. Close to the recreation center and the sound. A good bike ride to the beach.

We had a great week at The Morning Sun. We had multiple rainy days during our stay, but there was plenty to do. The home is very well kept and stocked with games, books, TVs, a nice hot tub on a screened in porch, and many community ammenities. We loved the oceanfront pool. There is wait staff at the pools and you can have lunch and beverages poolside or Oceanside. The home has plenty of space. The office has a tv and sleeper sofa as well. I would definitely recommend this home.

I cant say enough great things about the morning sun. The house is so welcoming and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of room for a large family and the house is on the resort that offers so many amenities. My children really loved the park and basketball/volleyball courts. There is plenty of room for a large family and the house is on the resort that offers so many amenities. My children really loved the pool by the ocean. Everything is accessible because of the trolley. Its close to restaurants, minigolf, and many other attractions. The house is located between the sound and ocean, we enjoyed morning walks by the sound and watch the sunset by the ocean. I cant wait to go back!
