This home has been updated with fresh coastal decor, furnishings and designer upgrades to make your stay as beachy, comfortable and fun as possible.

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and just steps to the indoor sports center (indoor pool, tennis, saunas and fitness center). Trolley access (seasonal) to the Oceanfront and Soundfront community pools and to the oceanfront beach access and recreation area. Available year-round and with the proximity to the Spa-like Indoor Sports Center it’s a perfect getaway retreat!

Ground Level: Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, private bathroom and TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great room with TV/DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Sofa with gel mattress and stereo, kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dining area seating for 8, deck access and a half bath.

Top Level: Watch the Sunsets off the deck from the King Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and private bathroom with whirlpool tub. Queen Master Bedroom with Sunrises off the deck, private bathroom and TV/VCR.

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, stereo with CD, wireless high speed internet access, books & movies, free long distance phone service, Keurig coffee maker, whirlpool tub, ceiling fans, furnished decks, beach chairs, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

*This property has 2 exterior ring doorbells for off season security. One on the front entrance and one on the back of the home.
This property does not provide beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Location across from the Sports Center was very convenient, but kind of a hike to the beach. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, not a big deal.

This house was awesome, very clean, comfortable stocked with everything we needed it has all the upgrades you want, king bed, jacuzi tubb, multilevel balconys....the location is great close to everything, the resort clubhouse is on the beach has full dining/bar, x3 seaside pools, with trolley service too and from the front door, there is a full sports center with a gym, tennis, pool all indoor right across the street included as well, grocery, shopping, plenty of great reasturants close by too..... the 4x4 beach right up the road is on the nature preserve the wild hoarses are amazing to see, we didnt want to leave.... Cant Waite to go back great place. Salt life in Corolla for sure.

Corolla Light is a beautiful resort community made up of Oceanside and Soundside vacation homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The resort also features Oceanside townhouse style Villas, Mirage town homes and condos and Beacon Villas town homes.

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
