Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was a perfect fit for our 3 families. The main level was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The sound views and access to the dock really make this house worth it. The kids enjoyed the bikes and Monterey Shores is bike friendly and safe for kids to get around! We will be back !<br />

Very lovely house, comfortable and clean. Convenient to beach and shopping. My only advice, Bring your own sharp knives if you are planning to cook while staying here. :-)

1st time on Soundfront and was not disappointed. This house is in a quiet cal de sac. House comfortable for our 12 people. Pool big enough, clean well maintained despite foliage. Good view of Sound, and walk out on neighboring peer gets you a better view especially at Sunset. Easy ride to shopping center and beach, and reasonable walk if you want, or bike ride. Kids enjoyed basketball at clubhouse, large pool there as well. House is a good value.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.

  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
