As a weekly renter at Devonmoor, you can take advantage of unaccompanied guest privileges at the Kilmarlic Golf Club located on the mainland just minutes over the Wright Memorial Bridge.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include the gated private pool and pool deck, outside shower, hot tub and park style charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private full bath (bathroom shared with game room) and the game room with, bumper pool, foosball table, microwave and full-size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Features four bedrooms: King Bedroom with TV that shares a bath with a DuoBunk Bedroom with TV, and a Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a bath with a DuoBunk Bedroom with TV. Laundry area, covered rear deck, as well as covered front porch.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10, half bath, great room with TV/VCR/DVD & open decks with chairs and tables.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house offers so much! Great location as we could see and hear the beach from the deck, as well as the sunset. House is comfortable with every need met, and the back yard is a wonderful place to relax.

Perfect location, close to beach in a nice walk able neighborhood. We were allowed to bring our dogs which was so great. This was a great family vacation house!

This house has a lovely deck off the main living area that offers a great breeze, plus views of ocean as well as views of the sunset over the Sound! Plus the deck furniture was great quality!
