Well-equipped with updated conveniences and child-friendly features you will appreciate, such as your own gated private pool and kiddie pool!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and kiddie pool, basketball hoop, outside shower, gas grill, charcoal grill, foot wash and the direct walkway to the beach. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer, dryer and utility sink plus a full bathroom accessible from the pool area. Pantry area with storage and full size refrigerator with ice maker.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and ocean views; King Bedroom with semi-private bath (second door to hallway can be locked to create an additional private master bedroom); King Bedroom with TV, deck access with ocean views and semi-private bath (second door to hallway); Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access. Also on this level is a large family room with TV, pub table and Queen Sleep Sofa; includes deck access to the hot tub area on this level.

Top Level: Large great room with multiple seating areas; includes pub-table, TV/DVD with sound bar, stereo, spectacular ocean views, gas fireplace and deck access. Well-equipped kitchen includes 2 ovens, pantry, counter seating for 4 and breakfast table seating 4. Access to the screened porch with additional dining table with seating for 6; Dining room features large dining table with seating for up to 12; Powder-room half bath; and a King Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony with ocean views and walk-in closet.

Extras: Private Pool (25 x 12), kiddie pool, Hot Tub, 6 TVs, DVD player, screened porch, high-speed internet, gas & charcoal grills, outside shower, basketball hoop, high chair, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), community water, linens and towels provided and Pine Island community pool and tennis. 3RD house back from the beach but works like a Semi-Oceanfront home with direct access to the beach path and ocean views from almost every room and deck.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great floorplan for extended family. Great location--do not have to cross a street to get to the beach. The baby pool is nice to have for the younger ones and the larger pool is well laid out. Nice screen porch and outside balconies.
