Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, private beach access with dune deck, 2 outside showers, fish cleaning table, manicured lawns and sun and shade decks. Inside you'll find the laundry room with washer and dryer, small refrigerator and a half bath.

Mid Level: Foyer, King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with whirlpool tub. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, mini-refrigerator, Futon Sleep Sofa and deck access, full hall bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with large flat-screen TV/DVD, wood fireplace and deck access. Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Trundles, a Futon Sleep Sofa and a private full bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with amazing ocean and sound views, large flat-screen TV/DVD, wood-burning fireplace, game table seating 4 and screened porch access. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, wine/beverage refrigerator and an island breakfast bar seating 4 with prep sink. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB

Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Booking

During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The views from this house were spectacular and the beach access is spaced away from public access. Loved the upstairs sound side deck with grill and dining area. Access to the beach is over and down a sandy dune trail that may be tough for those getting a bit older.
