The whole family can gather for dinner or game night on the screened porch. Relax on the deck to watch the sunrise, the moon rise, or just take in some of those great ocean breezes. If you ever decide to leave this fabulous property, bike paths for runners, bikers and strollers are close by. Sound front Community Pool is available and there is a kiddie pool at the sound front clubhouse as well. Tennis is available for a slight fee to guests, and the world-famous Sanderling Spa is close by for the ultimate “Relaxation Station”!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, grilling area and access to community beach walkway. Elevator to all levels.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen LCD TV, deck access and ocean views that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with DuoBunk and deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen LCD TV, deck access and ocean views, full hall bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Features the great room with a large flat-screen LCD TV/DVD, deck access and amazing ocean views. Well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 2 and the dining area seating 8, screened porch and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and private half bath. Decks and screened porch provide amazing ocean views.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The communities of Sanderling and Palmer’s Island are centered on the decommissioned Caffey’s Inlet Life Saving Station which now houses the Sanderling Inn Restaurant. Sanderling Community Restrictions

  • Motorbikes, ATVs, Golf Carts and motor homes/campers are prohibited and may not be parked or stored in the community.
  • Jet skis and wave runners may not be used, operated, launched, retrieved, tied up at any dock, moored in the sound or ocean, parked or stored anywhere in the community.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
