Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, basketball hoop and outside shower. Separate entrance from the upstairs, inside you'll find a great room with TV/DVD, kitchen efficiency with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and counter seating for 6, dining area seating 4, Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Separate entrance than the down stairs, Great room with TV and deck access, gas fireplace, dining area seating 6, kitchen with counter seating 3, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/VCR and a full hall bath.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 25), 3 TVs, DVD, VCR, high chair, pack-n-play, high-speed wireless internet, picnic table, gas grill, outside shower, basketball hoop, deck furniture, ceiling fans, stereo, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), community water and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
