Inside you'll find a tiled entry with elevator to all levels. Theater room with 65" 4K UHD Smart TV/4K DVD and theater-style seating for 9 with surround sound. Game room with pool table, shuffle board, touch screen video games, HD TV/DVD, stereo system with pool speakers, patio access (gated from pool) and kitchenette with full refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, sink, microwave and bar seating for 6. King Bedroom with HD TV/DVD and semi-private bathroom (shared with the game room) and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with HD TV, deck access and private bathroom with handicap friendly features such as roll-under sink, roll in shower and safety rails. Queen Master Bedroom with HD TV, private bathroom and deck access, Master Bedroom with DuoBunk, HD TV/DVD and private bathroom, den with HD TV, Xbox (doubles as DVD), pub table seating 4 and wet bar with wine fridge. Second laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with 4K UHD Smart TV/4K DVD, surround sound, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with double oven, stainless appliances, pantry and counter seating for 5, dining room seating 8, sitting area with HD TV and a half bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with HD TV, private bathroom and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach chairs are NOT provided with this home.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was a lovely home - very well laid out for space to be together or not. Theater room was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Multiple fridges, elevator for lugging groceries and luggage, great pool area. Met needs for people 15-61!

Sixth year renting at Inn Sea-Clusion... Home is roomy, well equipped and remains in great condition. Beautiful pool and spacious decking. Its location is ideal....close to the ocean, the sound and 4 wheel drive beaches. Private, yet easily accessible. Great value which provides a consistently solid vacation experience.

This was our fifth year renting Inn Sea-Clusion and the house remains the perfect destination for our OBX vacations. Spacious and nicely furnished, the home is situated on a private soundside lot backing up to nature reserve. Large and well maintained pool with plenty of seating and a poolside hot tub. Two levels of outside decking with plenty of seating/tables. Less than a minute drive to both the Ocean Hill and 4WD beaches. Based on the upkeep of the home and excellent overall condition, it is evident that the owners take pride in providing renters with an enjoyable vacation experience. Plenty of extras and a real value.
