Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Sea Eagle easily accommodated our three-family party of eight. The house sits just a five-minute two-block walk from the beach, across a beautiful boardwalk. It is quick and easy to walk to the ocean from Sea Eagle -- and the house has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The lot directly across the street from Sea Eagle is an undeveloped lot, so the view is pleasant. The view of the ocean itself is mostly impeded by the oceanfront homes in the near distance, but you can still see some of the water from the top-floor balcony -- as well as hear the waves and feel a wonderful breeze. Sea Eagle has a fantastic heated pool behind the house and a useful outdoor shower. The hot-tub is sunk into the second-floor rear balcony deck. It was easy to use and it was very handy on the second floor where most of the bedrooms were located. There are pool alarms on the sliding doors leading to both the hot-tub deck and the pool -- a perfect safety feature for families with younger kids. The home also comes furnished with a crib, a playpen, and a baby-swing. The Whalehead neighborhood itself is a two-minute drive from a grocery store, a specialty fresh seafood store, a specialty butcher, countless restaurants, and great shopping. So the location of the house and neighborhood is truly awesome and convenient. We really enjoyed our time at Sea Eagle. And while we may seek a new property next time, in hopes of bringing more family members, Sea Eagle really suited our needs and we could not have been happier with the property.

This property is an excellent stay for your money. Everything is comfortable and very well maintained. We had a great time for the entire week. Property is close to the beach access and convenient to the shopping areas.

We had an awesome week staying at the Sea Eagle. 4 adults and 6 children ages 7-17 had plenty of room and lots to keep busy. Very short walk to the Beach which was very clean and beautiful. Pool and hot tub were great and there is a corn hole game and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas Kitchen was perfect and had everything you need. Only thing that would make it better would be more garbage cans (bedrooms, bathrooms and outside) and a gas grill (we rented one). Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms other than 1 small one in top floor master bedroom. Other than those minor things it was really a perfect house in a great location. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are only a few minute drive. Would definitely rent again!

This is a great house. Very close to the walkway to the beach. It has very nice very BIG decks with awesome deck chairs. The house is comfortable the kitchen is well stocked. Great pool and hot tub. It is hard to find 4 bedroom houses on the OBX anymore so this is a great house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and large. Great house and the owners take good care of it and seem to care about it.

Fantastic, well kept home with an easy walk to the beach on a wonderful path, and ocean views! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the deck furniture was very nice and sturdy. We loved the location near groceries, dining and shops. Fantastic rental and great experience renting through Brindley Beach for the first time.
