Ground Level: Recroom with Queen Sleep Sofa, TV, foosball and wet bar complete with mini fridge and a Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private full bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the Recroom).

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and TV, and an office/den with TV (for video games, no cable to this TV), cable internet, desk, sitting area and deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a big screen TV and digital cable, dining area seating 12, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 and a King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and a whirlpool bathtub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was great for our family. It was clean close to the beach and offered plenty of space for our family of 10. We love the pool and the hot tub as well. We would definitely rent again.

Well stocked kitchen, a lot of beach chairs, close to beach walkway leading to a nice beach, liked the separate pool and decks access to keep children and pets secure. Our family enjoyed the stay.
