Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details
Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding! This vacation rental homes is available for special events allowing 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum.
Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event.
Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
Booking
During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

12th Street Portraits is a portrait company located on the beautiful Outer Banks. We have 2 full-time photographers and a great team of lab technicians, proofing specialists and interns! Our employees are highly trained professionals and use only the most advanced equipment on the market. Our style is a combination of traditional portraiture and photo-journalism. We strive to keep our portrait sessions fun and low-stress for everyone by capturing your family in a natural way!
What to Expect:
We offer each Brindley Beach home a complimentary 30 minute portrait session. You can expect to have some fun with one of our photographers while they capture your family on the beautiful Outer Banks! We typically take a variation of posed and candid shots but are open to customizing a session to accommodate your group. After your session, you will be given a link to your custom online viewing gallery with access for 3 months for ordering and sharing with family and friends!
What to Bring:
We love using the natural setting of the beaches and dunes. If you would like to bring a prop, please feel free! Otherwise, bring your smile! It can be quite hot during the Summer so we always suggest a bottle of water!
We love working with pets but always suggest bringing a leash, fresh water and a treat!
