Extras: Soundfront dock, TV, high speed internet, washer / dryer, books, games, screened porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, outside shower, sound views, parking for 4 to 5 vehicles,  linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis (nominal use fee for tennis). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does NOT provide beach chairs, but guest can use the beach gear credit below to have them delivered for the week.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great Location! Beautiful Home! Needs some updates to windows with wooden trim deteriorating as well as roof/ceilings leaking during rain storms.

The location of this house is perfect! There's a short walk to the beach and we had a great time kayaking and fishing from the dock. The house was clean and mostly comfortable but there are a few things that potential renters should know: 1. If you sleep in the master bedroom, be prepared for a very hard mattress. It was similar to sleeping on a box spring. 2. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There was a 1 t. measuring spoon and liquid measuring cups. Scissors were duct taped together. The only cutting board we could find was a 3x5 marble piece. There were muffin pans, but no baking sheets. The coffee pot somehow got grounds in the coffee every day (from the look of the water reservoir the previous renters had the same problem). There were very few glass dishes, which made microwaving anything very difficult. Knives were mostly huge and there was no vegetable peeler. The owners need to put a regular toaster in the kitchen. The toaster oven from the 90's just isn't cutting it. For a family, that cooks and eats every meal at the house, this kitchen was a nightmare. 3. The pictures show a canoe and kayak. Those are chained up and not for renters use. Our teens were really disappointed. We've never stayed somewhere that showed pictures of items and then not had them for use. Brindley should take that picture down or make a note on the description.

Sanderling Community Restrictions

  • Motorbikes, ATVs, Golf Carts and motor homes/campers are prohibited and may not be parked or stored in the community.
  • Jet skis and wave runners may not be used, operated, launched, retrieved, tied up at any dock, moored in the sound or ocean, parked or stored anywhere in the community.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
