Conveniently located across from the tennis courts, this Oceanside retreat offers first class views from one of Corolla Light's highest points.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced in yard with salt water private pool and large patio, outside shower and loo, picnic table, grassy back yard and a charcoal grill. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD, King Master Bedroom with TV, King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD,  Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR. All rooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with 40" LCD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, surround sound and gas fireplace, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8, sun room with TV and deck access, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, 3-sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and deck access. Decks are plentiful with an extra roof line sundeck.

Extras: Private Salt Water Pool (11 x 27, heated for $600), 7 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, stereo/CD, surround sound system, high-speed internet, video/book libraries, high chair, pack-n-play, baby gate, 2 picnic tables, outside bathroom, outside shower, 2 gas fireplaces (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grill, parking for 4 vehicles, linens and towels provided, community water and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
