A lovely sitting area with fireplace accompanies the upper great room with a beamed ceiling and an over-sized kitchen. Ocean views can be seen through the generous windows that overlook a wide deck. The back yard is perfect for grilling and games. The large community pool will please anyone including those who like to stay in shape by swimming laps. Community tennis courts and Pine Island Racquet Club exercise facility are accessible for a reasonable fee. Boutique shopping available in the Town of Duck, just a short drive from here and a variety of dining pleasures are readily accessible. The Sanderling Resort Spa with its many personalized services is also nearby.

Top Level: Bright and spacious Great room with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, comfy captains watch for quietly catching the sunrise or reading, den with Double Sleep Sofa, wood-burning fireplace, half bath, large kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining room seating 8, and beautiful Ocean views visible from large sundeck with ample outdoor furniture including a picnic table with umbrella off the kitchen.

Extras: 5 TVs, 3 DVD players, VCR, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed Internet access, video/book libraries, high chair, baby gate, wood-burning fireplace, charcoal grill, large outdoor shower and foot wash, parking for 4 vehicles, linens and towels provided, community water and community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great location especially if you have small pets. Right off the beach access and lovely view of ocean from top level to watch the sunrise. The kitchen is well appointed compared to other rentals for meals at the house.
