Arrive early and enjoy a Currituck Club pre-arrival experience at the main pool between 10 am and 4 pm! Games, trolley service to and from the beach, music, wine, food & cold beer on tap! The perfect place to unwind while waiting for your home to be ready for check-in. Also available on checkout day to extend time at the beach and let the traffic dissipate.

Set on top of the hill, this home offers great ocean views! This well-appointed, updated home is sure to please the entire family with lots of amenities for everyone! Swim in your private pool, take the trolley to the beach (seasonal) or just relax in the sun.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, open deck with gas grill and the screened porch with seating. Inside you'll find a large kids Bedroom with DuoBunk with Trundle, Single Bed, Toddler Bed (in closet), TV/VCR, game table and stereo with CD player that shares a full hall bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access. King Bedroom with TV/DVD and semi-private master bathroom (opens to hallway also). Laundry area and garage with foosball table.

Mid Level: Large King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and whirlpool bath tub. Great room with HD TV/DVD/VCR, stereo and gas fireplace, 2 dining areas with seating for 14, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, deck access and a half bathroom.

Top Level: Private den that doubles as the 5th bedroom with Queen Sleep Sofa, full bathroom, wet bar, beverage fridge, HD TV/DVD, stereo and deck access to private balcony with ocean and sound views.

Extras: Private Pool (10 x 15), 6 TVs, VCR, 4 DVDs, screened porch, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), foosball, gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, Toddler Bed, high-speed wireless internet, linens and towels provided, community water and Currituck Club Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Outer Banks: The Currituck Club

The Currituck Club is a meticulously groomed, Soundside gated community offering endless amenities. The Currituck Club offers the resort services you expect in a top-notch private golf club.

The Currituck Club also features an 18 Hole Championship Reese Jones Signature Golf Course. This spectacular course winds its way along the Currituck Sound offering enjoyment in a unique, wetlands environment abundant with wildlife and waterfowl. There is also a world-class practice facility with practice greens, a driving range, PGA instructors, club fitting programs, and golf workshops for adults and kids. The Currituck Club Pro Shop offers golf apparel and accessories.

Some homes include a Currituck Club Priority Guest Membership, which entitles guests to discounted greens fees and preferred tee times. It is suggested to make tee times well in advance of your arrival by calling 1-888-453-9400.   • Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
