Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV/DVD, stereo/CD, foosball, bumper pool/game table, deck access and a wet bar with beverage refrigerator and microwave. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Trundle, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers and utility sink.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD and deck access (one with a private balcony and the other offers a whirlpool tub), Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Den/sitting room with a private deck that offers lighthouse views.

Top Level: Large open great room with wood floors, 47" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo, surround sound and deck access, kitchen with ice maker, wine cooler and breakfast bar with seating for 5. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/12/24 -10/12/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Comfortable, great flow and various living spaces to spread out. Nestled in trees provides lots of privacy from neighbors. Nice sized pool and backyard area. You can still hear the ocean and has ocean views from top floor.

This house can not be beat for large vacation parties. The pool is a paradise after the walk home from the beach. The great room area is ideal for game nights, dinners, and gatherings.

Corolla Light is a beautiful resort community made up of Oceanside and Soundside vacation homes along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The resort also features Oceanside townhouse style Villas, Mirage town homes and condos and Beacon Villas town homes.

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

*10/6/23 - Other indoor amenities (saunas, racquetball, ping pong and fitness/weight rooms) will remain available until January of 2024 at which time they will be closed for extensive renovations (indoor tennis courts will remain open). They are working to have all indoor sports center amenities available by March 2024.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
