Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

FANTASTIC location! Gorgeous sunsets, honestly there are no words for the beauty! We had just a few issues with our kitchen sink not draining and the garbage disposal and dish washer did not work. We made it work and just hand washed everything. The pool and tiki bar were a great place to spend our time when we weren’t at the beach- access was a quick drive away! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and loved Corolla!

Great cozy house with amazing sound views. Great amenities with the pool, hot tub, private bath for each bedroom. Great screened in porch to enjoy the sound. The house provides bikes, kayaks, a paddle board and beach supplies. The game room is great. We love this house and return yearly!

This home is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is extremely clean and well taken care of. An important thing to note is the beds were very comfortable, the mattresses were great! The pool is shaded for a good portion of the day (the actual water). We visited in early Sept so mid summer there might be more sun on the pool itself. If you are a sun lover and want this pool for sun all day, you won't get it until the afternoon. Also, there are a lot of scratches on the pool's bottom, when you first see it, it appears to be dirt and not clean, however, the pool just needs to be resurfaced, it is clean. The pool is very private although it might not appear to be from the pictures. We had a very peaceful, relaxing vacation. This home is excellent overall and probably the best we have stayed in! We plan on coming back!

This house is a great value, it is very comfortable and had all we needed for our vacation. It has a great view of the sound and an Osprey nest we could watch from the deck. The house provides bikes and kayaks which is great! We love this house and will definitely rent it again!!

Accessible only by wristbands issued at Check-in.

Number of wristbands are listed as “Corolla Light Amenities” on the property detail page. (If listed as “Corolla Light Amenities for 12”, you will receive 12 wristbands for 12 people including adults and children of all ages. At this time, no additional wristbands can be purchased)

Corolla Light Soundside Sports Center 

*2/1/23 - Corolla Light will be doing some extensive repairs to the indoor pool and hot tub (at the sports center) during the 2023 season and will not be available to guests at this time. Repairs are scheduled to start in March 2023 and continue until the end of the year.

*10/6/23 - Other indoor amenities (saunas, racquetball, ping pong and fitness/weight rooms) will remain available until January of 2024 at which time they will be closed for extensive renovations (indoor tennis courts will remain open). They are working to have all indoor sports center amenities available by March 2024.

(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
