Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Where do I start?!?!?! Our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids all 10 and under) had a fantastic time at this house. Short walk to beach access within same development house was in. Elevator is super handy for groceries and luggage. House is meticulously maintained and super clean. Pool and hot tub were both very clean. Outdoor shower is great. 2nd floor deck/outside bar was my favorite feature. This is also where the hot tub is located. Laundry was great to have on site with 5 little ones. Besides the pool, movie room was kids HQ during our stay and plenty of room to spread out with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. No shortage of space or good times at Coastal Sunset! Kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils/plates/cook wear you could possibly need for your stay. Kitchen is HUGE and kept very clean. Have already re-booked for 2023. Only issue we had was not wanting to leave! Thank You Coastal Sunset!!

Great location to shopping, grocery stores, etc. Plenty of room and privacy for each of our 11 guests. Lots of extras like games, movie room, pool and sand toys. Had a wonderful time.

Had a great time at this house! 12 people and we were all very comfortable; great beds, great outdoor space - pool, covered decks, hot tub, excellent kitchen/dining area, very clean, and everything you needed was there for cooking. The elevator was great for loading with groceries and luggage. Short walk to a great beach with a lifeguard stand right there. Not overly crowded at the beach which was nice, too. Everyone very friendly. Overall, a GREAT vacation!!! Would definitely recommend this house! Everyone had their own personal space, and the gathering space (kitchen/dining/living room on the top floor with the outside balcony) was more than enough space for all 12 of us to relax and hang out. Looking forward to going back.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation of 18!!!! This house was great, and offered every accommodation you could imagine. The children stayed in the pool when not at the beach or playing basketball, and the adults dominated the hot tub. Corn Hull was the game of choice EVERY NIGHT until 3:00AM (smile). I loved the elevator for my Aunt! We have reserved the same house for our 2016 vacation.
