Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, outside shower, exterior sink with fish cleaning table and parking for 5 cars. Inside you’ll find a Recreation room with pool table, foosball table and flat-screen TV. Entry with full size refrigerator and laundry room with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level:  King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bath (second door from the bathroom to the hallway). King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, 3 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access, 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles plus deck access.  Hallway den with deck access and 2 full hall bathrooms. 

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with prep sink and counter seating for 4. Dining room seating 10, breakfast table seating 4, coffee bar area with deck access and a half bath.

Extras: Private Gated Pool (16 x 32), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, pool table, gas grill, baby gate, coffee bar, high-speed wireless internet, outside shower, books, 2 refrigerators, foosball table, basketball hoop, exterior sink with fish cleaning table, picnic table, sun and shade decks, community water and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing FREE beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bikes, umbrellas, gas grill, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply!

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Is this a luxury home, no, but is a nice size beach home close to the beach access and a larger than most pool. We have 10 adults and 4 grandchildren and it was just fine for our family. Best location we have ever had in the 40 years we have been coming.

The streets within Whalehead are ideal for biking, walking, and jogging. Each Whalehead home sits on a larger lot (200 feet x 100 feet) with some homes connected to the new community water system and others still on well water systems with water filtration systems. All Whalehead beach rentals are located within a few miles of a grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, and retail shops. Whalehead is a favorite choice with close proximity to the heart of Corolla’s attractions and amenities.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
