Located adjacent to the community pool, ideal for swimming laps, and is a short walk to Food Lion, upscale shops, restaurants, family entertainment and Buck Island's private beach cabana facilities including restrooms and life guards.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private enclosed courtyard insuring seclusion and relaxation with a hot tub, lounge chairs and hammock. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a Double Bed that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen, Day Bed, Trundle and TV/DVD. Enclosed garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 cruiser bikes with gears and sand toys. 

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and a private sitting room with pocket doors and lounge chairs. Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with new Samsung 50" 4K Smart TV/Samsung Blu-Ray Theater System with Netflix, amazon, Hulu and HBO subscriptions, cathedral ceilings with faux painted light blue sky with soft white clouds welcomes the bright morning sunrise. Fireside living room offers comfortable lounging to enjoy your favorite music connected via Bluetooth to the Samsung Sound bar.  Well-equipped chef's kitchen with new stainless steel kitchen appliances including GE convection range with warming drawer. Kitchen features Corian topped breakfast bar seating 4, U-Line wine captain storage for 24 bottles and professional Calphalon cookware. Adjacent dining room seats 8. Mix margaritas, cosmopolitans or open your favorite bottle of wine from the large wet bar with beverage center, faux painted as beach cabana tent and seating for 3. Slider doors lead to the piazza offering outside dining for 4 with canvas umbrella, conversational area with 4 lounge chairs and overlooks courtyard and elevated views of Buck Islands wildlife areas.

Extras: Hot Tub (6), 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, stereo/CD, surround sound, wireless high speed internet access, hammock, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas & charcoal grills, wet bar with beverage center, wine steward, beach cruiser bike, community water, parking for 3 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Buck Island Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing FREE beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bikes, umbrellas, gas grill, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply!

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
