Elevator access to all levels, laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bath with pool access.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, 2 Master Bedrooms each with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TVs (1 with deck access) and a Recroom with TV, foosball table and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT offer beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We enjoyed ourselves for the week. My family liked the brand new spa and kitchen. We were able to walk during the day and take a nice walk with the dog at night. Great family area. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Brindley Beach. You recommended this home to us and we had the best time!

We stayed here last minute after our original home with another company fell through. Brindley Beach was great, minimizing our last minute stress. The pictures do not do this home justice. What look like drab neutral walls throughout are actually stucco with beautiful trim around all the windows and doors. The kitchen was adequately provisioned unless you are a gourmet cook. The walk to the beach is conveniently located. The TVs have been updated with the exception of the Theater room. Still, my family loved the Theater Room - movie time during bad weather was a big plus. We bicycled to the lighthouse - so much fun! We plan to stay in this home next year! Great home - great company - great vacation!!!

Great house, great location, great amenities. everything for the whole family including the 4 legged ones. Close to store and shopping and the beach as well. We have rented a house every year since 2001 and this is one of the nicest houses we have had. I would rent this house again, but we always get a different house. The slit level entry and the steps to the back deck keep it from being 100% handicap friendly, but the elevator was a great help for my disabled mother. The maintenance men we had were wonderful and happy to help with our needs, they got the stuff taken care of quickly. Brindley Beach is a company that we will rent from again. The team members are all very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and their prices are great

You get what you pay for is the best description for this property, and I mean that in a positive way. Overall it is a nice house and worth the money. Room layouts, the fact that all the bedrooms are masters, and the very comfortable furniture are what you expect in a more expensive home. However, the lack of kitchen supplies, the very poor electronics, the very poor picture quality on the tv's (especially the theater room tv is very bad), and the lack of exterior entertainment areas on the decks, you quickly realize why this is a cheaper home. Great home, just lacks the details. Again, you get what you pay for. Brindley Beach is an excellent rental company. This was the first time we used them and we were impressed and will definitely use them again.
