Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV, Double Sleep Sofa, stereo/CD, foosball table, wet bar with fridge, access to gated pool with "cool" deck, Queen Bedroom, full bath, and laundry.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD. Hot tub on the deck as well as hammock and swing.

Top Level: Great room with TV/Blu-Ray DVD, stereo/CD, surround sound system and gas fireplace, kitchen with 2 dishwashers, breakfast bar seating 6, dining room seating 10, desk, half bath, screened porch with 2 picnic tables, deck with gas grill, Ship's Watch, and a King Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony, whirlpool tub, and dual head shower with seat.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is our second year vacationing at this home (Four Seasons), such an inviting and comfortable place with a very short walk to the beach. We loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
