Located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to community amenities. Your family will love all that this home has to offer including 2 Master Bedrooms and a fenced in yard is great for kids to play outside!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated yard and two outside showers. Main entry is through the garage which has a full size refrigerator. Den with TV/VCR/DVD and a half bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access, Queen Bedroom, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set. Laundry area with HE washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and access to a pergola covered deck, ships watch with table seating 2-4, dining room seating 8, kitchen with granite counter tops and counter seating for 5, half bathroom, sun room with access to the deck with a gas grill.

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, 2 VCRs, gas grill, 2 outside showers, 2 refrigerators, books, pack-n-play, high-speed wireless internet, linens and towels provided and Villages at Ocean Hill Community amenities including the Oceanside and Soundside community pools, fitness center (fee), tennis courts, kids playground, basketball courts, fishing and kayak lake. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. House Address: 1243 Lakeside Court, Corolla. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, DuoBunk, Bunk Set. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed except for a tv in the kids bedroom. Nice garage area to store pool/beach items. Second fridge in the garage was very convenient. Loved how close the house was to the pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
