Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV (1 with wide doors, no threshold roll-in shower, and roll under sinks), King Master Bedroom with TV, Den with TV/DVD and Double Sleep Sofa, and covered deck access that leads you to a relaxing hammock swing.

Top Level: Ships Watch with internet access, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating 5, dining area seating 10, living room with TV/DVD and stereo /CD, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is a nice property and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 9. It was a little far away from the beach but they provided a wagon for pull all of your beach accessories.

Great home with updates throughout the house. Great with those who have mobility issues with the elevator in house! The only negative feedback is there was no cable TV in the ground floor bedroom. All other rooms had nice updated TVs.

We had an amazing time in Corolla and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hook, Line and Skipper. It completely met our needs and we hope to return soon. We highly recommend this home especially if you are traveling with dogs and elderly people with mobility issues. The elevator was a blessing.
