Everything about Joy At a Glance boasts fine quality and comfort offering stylish furnishings and beautiful views of both the Ocean and the Currituck Sound. Located atop a high hill in The Currituck Club you’ll enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, 7 Master Bedrooms and so many extras that will please the entire family!

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

No house is perfect but this one is really close. Lots of great living space, you are going to love the double sized kitchen with two of most everything. We especially LOVED the views of the sound and ocean - you are positioned to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The theater was cooler than we even expected. The bedrooms are super comfortable and check out the luxury baths(favorite). We used the elevator more than expected. Really helpful! The second kitchen on the pool level was super and small refrigerators throughout for easy drinks. The community is no joke - be sure to use their amenities. We had an amazing week of fun and made some great memories.
