Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details
This vacation rental home is available for special events allowing 30 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on teh Special Event Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without prior permission (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum.

  • Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event.  
  • Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Outer Banks: Port Trinitie Community

Port Trinitie is a perfect family resort community with the active vacationing families in mind, with only a short stroll from the ocean to the sound. On the Soundside there is a Soundfront pool and recreation area with boat ramp, pier with gazebo that is perfect for crabbing and windsurfing. Parking is available. The Oceanside offers pool, tennis courts, parking and private beach access. Community Pools open May through September, accessible anytime by gate code found in your check in packet. No on street parking, you must park in the driveway of the home you are renting. If you have boat or jet skis please observe state laws that require usage no closer than 300 yards offshore to prevent damage to wildlife and vegetation.
