Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a foot wash, charcoal grill and outside shower. Entry and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private deck access and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets that shares a full hall bathroom with a Queen Bedroom. Spacious living room with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining room seating 8 and access to the screened porch.

Extras: 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, high-speed Internet access, stereo/CD, screened porch, charcoal grill, outside shower, high chair, pack-n-play, baby gate, ceiling fans, furnished decks, foot wash, community water, community pool and tennis, and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Outer Banks: Sanderling Community

The communities of Sanderling and Palmer’s Island are centered on the decommissioned Caffey’s Inlet Life Saving Station which now houses the Sanderling Inn Restaurant. This lovely area, abounding in vegetation is a dedicated bird sanctuary. Along with the quiet natural beauty, wildlife enthusiasts will delight in the nature trails for bird watching and fresh-air adventures!

Some homes offer community privileges, please see the individual house page for available amenities. If the home offers community amenities you will have access to the following: Tennis courts are available at a nominal fee per day or week at The Sanderling Inn Health Club Facility on the Soundside directly across from The Sanderling Inn. Sanderling rules and regulations apply; guests must be 18 or older to use the health club facility. Other amenities include a soundfront outdoor pool with kiddie pool and Fitness Center at the Pine Island Racquet Club (fee associated). Community Pool is open from mid-May through late September.

MOTORBIKES, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, ATVs AND RVS: THESE VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED ON SANDERLING ROADS AND TRAILS.
