Inside you will find the grand foyer with a half bath, Den with a flat-screen TV and deck access. Open concept great room with large flat-screen TV/ BluRay DVD and deck access and dining area seating 10, with deck access and wet bar with sink, wine captain and ice maker. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Dacor appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, Keurig & regular coffee makers, microwave drawer, trash compactor, 2 freezer drawers and counter seating for 3. ELEVATOR to all levels, desk area and large laundry room with utility sink, folding counter, washer/ dryer and yard access. 

Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV/ Wii game system, Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathroom. Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a private bathroom, a Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Top Level: Open den with Queen Sleep Sofa, large King Master Bedroom Suite with flat-screen TV, private balcony, wet bar with mini-refrigerator and sink and a private bathroom with his and hers sides including dual vanities, dual toilets, walk through shower and a soaking bath tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

*Fireplaces are not available for guest use. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Southern Shores does NOT have any public beach accesses. However, if an owner pays for beach access permits, they may be provided for guest use. (Public Beach accesses closest to Southern Shores are located in the town of Kitty Hawk starting at Byrd Street – MP2)

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
