Ground Level: Outside amenities include the private pool, hot tub, 20 x 20 shaded dining pavilion area with wood burning fireplace and wet bar with stools, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find the Recroom with a large screen smart TV, Multicade arcade machine with over 40 classic arcade games, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and access to the pool and hot tub. Queen Bedroom with semi-private master bathroom (second door sharing bathroom with living areas).

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom, Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and private full bathroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, a full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with smart TV, stereo, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4, dining room seating 10-12 and a King Master Bedroom with smart TV, gas fireplace and large screened porch. Crows nest deck with 360 degree views of ocean and sunsets.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Mellow Yellow - The best beach house in Corolla

Mellow Yellow is the best beach house me and my family have been staying at in the whole of Outer Banks and we have been coming for 20 years. The home is beautiful decorated and feels like a proper beach home. It’s in the perfect location in the most beautiful neighborhood in Corolla. Beach access is a piece of cake and the fact that you can walk to TimBuckTu and other places to eat and shop is as convenient as you can make it. The home was stocked with everything you could want. The crows nest up top along with the pergola out back with the bar and fireplace was the cherry on top. I will be coming back and will be recommending anyone I can to stay at Mellow Yellow! Thank you for the best beach vacation me and my family could have asked for!
