Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Trundle and TV and a full bathroom.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with whirlpool, and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. All bedrooms with deck access.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, dining room seating 12, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, half bath, and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and whirlpool.

Extras: Private Pool (30 x 12), 3 TVs, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, stereo with CD, video library, book library, high chair, baby gate, basketball hoop, hammock, outside shower, charcoal grill, community water, community pool and tennis, parking for 5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The property is in a great location. The pool area is very nice and a good size. The house layout is nice but could benefit from general updating. The house lacked a table to eat on the decks which was disappointing.

Great living area for everyone to gather in. Pool was clean and we loved the seats built into the sides and the ledge to allow small ones to stand on the edge of the pool all the way around. The location is fabulous allowing walking into Duck and to the beach easily. I would highly recommend this house to a medium sized group!
