This beautiful 3 bedroom Oceanfront rental home will be sure to please the entire family! This home offers your family beautiful, unobstructed ocean views and your very own private walkway to the beach, plenty of room to spread out or come together with large and spacious rooms. On those days you want to be outdoors but have had enough of the outside elements, spend some time on one of the 2 screened in porches and kick back with your newspaper or favorite read. You will have plenty of extra room to bring back all of the souvenirs that the Outer Banks has to offer, especially since there are no linens to pack as this home provides them for you!
Ground Level: Outside you'll find a carport, outside shower and a private beach walkway.
Top Level: Screened porch entry. Great room with large flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 7 and access to oceanfront screened porch. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hallway bath and laundry with washer and dryer.
Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, private beach walkway, 2 screened porches, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, high speed internet, ceiling fans, booster seat, Keurig coffee maker, books, DVDs, corn hole boards, parking for 8, linens and towels provided and community tennis. No Smoking. No Pets. Mini Vacations available (October 1 – June 1). Distance to beach access: Oceanfront. House Address: 4 12th Ave. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
BookingDuring the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

12th Street Portraits is a portrait company located on the beautiful Outer Banks. We have 2 full-time photographers and a great team of lab technicians, proofing specialists and interns! Our employees are highly trained professionals and use only the most advanced equipment on the market. Our style is a combination of traditional portraiture and photo-journalism. We strive to keep our portrait sessions fun and low-stress for everyone by capturing your family in a natural way!
What to Expect:
We offer each Brindley Beach home a complimentary 30 minute portrait session. You can expect to have some fun with one of our photographers while they capture your family on the beautiful Outer Banks! We typically take a variation of posed and candid shots but are open to customizing a session to accommodate your group. After your session, you will be given a link to your custom online viewing gallery with access for 3 months for ordering and sharing with family and friends!
What to Bring:
We love using the natural setting of the beaches and dunes. If you would like to bring a prop, please feel free! Otherwise, bring your smile! It can be quite hot during the Summer so we always suggest a bottle of water!
We love working with pets but always suggest bringing a leash, fresh water and a treat!
