Ground Level:  Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, poolside bar and a flat-screen TV, gas grill, outside shower and volleyball court. Inside you'll find a garage with beach toys and beach chairs. Recroom with a pool table, game table seating 6, half bathroom and wet bar with sink and full size refrigerator. ELEVATOR to all levels. Home theater with projector TV, stereo, Queen Sleep Sofa and a wet bar with sink. Laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: Offers 3 King Master Bedrooms each with flat screen TVs, private bathrooms and deck access. Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle, flat-screen TV and deck access. Half bathroom between levels. 

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, sound bar, wine fridge and gas fireplace and the kitchen with counter seating for 5, island seating 2, prep sink, 2 dishwashers, Keurig coffee maker and deck access. Dining area with seating for 10 and deck access and a King Master Bedroom Suite with flat-screen TV, sitting area, deck access and private bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub. 

Extras: Private Pool (22 x 10), Hot Tub, ELEVATOR, 8 TVs, sound bar, pool table, poolside bar, beach chairs, DVD and book libraries, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, Keurig coffee makers, 2 wet bars, volleyball court, gas grill, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), outside shower, parking for 4 cars and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Pictures are true home looks exactly as it is pictured. Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bathroom. Convenient to beach access. And also close to main road so easy in and out of the OBX. Home has a lot of amenities. Be aware that being on the main road, Ocean Blvd., traffic is noisy when you are out front. But inside the house is quiet as well as in the pool area.

Southern Shores does NOT have any public beach accesses. However, if an owner pays for beach access permits, they may be provided for guest use. (Public Beach accesses closest to Southern Shores are located in the town of Kitty Hawk starting at Byrd Street – MP2)

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
