Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and newly renovated full private bathroom. Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV that shares a newly renovated full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a TV. All bedrooms on this level offer deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Hot tub is located in a private, under cover area on the back deck.

Top Level: Great Room with TV, dining room seating for 8, loft area with additional seating for 4, well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and TV that leads out to the front deck. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Perfect location - very close to the beach and very close to the pool. The house itself is very comfortable, though the bunk bed room is a little cramped. The remodeled kitchen is very nice. Will definitely be returning.

Just had an amazing family vacation at Sea Quest (OL2) in Ocean Sands. The place was amazing and allowed all of us to have a great time and nothing is better than making great memories together!. The check in process was seamless at the Duck location, with informational emails sent ahead of time, access codes that allow you to utilize keyless entry all week long so there is no hassle with carrying around keys but you still always feel safe. The house looks beautiful with the new renovations!! The kitchen is so much nicer than my own at home so it felt like a luxury getaway. New appliances, granite countertops, new flooring, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views of the ocean from the top floor. WIFI was smooth so when we needed to access it was no problems at all. Decor was warm, comfortable and inviting without being overwhelming. The beds were all comfortable and well maintained. The pool table and ping pong table downstairs gave us hours of fun during inclement weather. Hot tub in the back gave grown ups time to escape and have quiet time. Everyone was able to have a vacation that they wanted. The Beach was such a short walk away and having a lifeguard at the access was a bonus. Beach was clean with ample space for spreading out. For those of us who did not like the beach we were able to choose a short walk to the pool which had plenty of chairs to relax on and tennis courts over by the pond which was fun for the littler ones to go and explore. There are chairs, boogie boards, basketballs, beach toys for renters to use. Basketball hoop out front for games. Gas grill outside in the front was clean as a whistle. Charcoal grill was in the back for those who prefer to go old school dining. Will surely be back again next year!!
