Inside you'll find the great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and the kitchen with oversize counter bar seating 6. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a King Bedroom with semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) and flat-screen TV. Laundry with washer and dryer. 

Extras: 3 TVs, patio, gas grill, high speed internet, outside shower, parking for 2 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool and volleyball. No Smoking. No Pets. Mini Vacations Available (October 1- June 1). House Address: 1017 Ocean Trail, Unit 2B. Beds: 2 King, Queen Sleep Sofa. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office. 

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer beach chairs or a DVD player. 

Booking
During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
