Ground Level: Offers a large playroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV/DVD, foosball table and half bath.

Mid Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with TV and private entrance to sitting room with laundry area, King Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bathroom and a Master Bedroom with a Double and Single. All bedrooms open to decks with ocean views. Hot tub is on this level's deck.

Top Level: Offers a large kitchen with counter seating for 3, vaulted great room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace and wet bar, Ship's Watch, dining area seating 12 and a full bath. Glassed in porch with table for 4 and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and vanity sink.

Extras: Hot Tub (5), 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo with CD, book/video library, high-speed wireless internet, foosball table, high chair, pack-n-play, card/game table, ceiling fans, glass sun porch, outside shower and foot wash, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), park style charcoal grill, parking for 5 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided, and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 14 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This property is big enough to accommodate at least 10 people, more like 16. We had a wonderful time and didn't really need to purchase any additional kitchen items as the kitchen is well stocked.

While a little older, this property did the job. A nice place to rest between trips to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking gear.

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
